The Franklin County Visitor’s Center was the scene of some excitement over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, but it wasn’t the kind of excitement most people would want. Franklin County Maintenance Director, Brandon Sands, says he received an urgent call from the center about a flooded basement:
Sands also says he’s working on a list of projects that will need to be completed in 2023.
