The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office has some ideas on how to use about $109,000 it recently received from drug seizure money. Sheriff Jeff Richards says he wants to replace an aging license tag reader:
Richards says he’s also looking into possibly buying a drone so his department wouldn’t have to borrow one from the Ottawa Police or Fire Department.
