It might be officially winter, but that doesn’t mean any slowdown for the Franklin County Public Works Department. Public works Director, David Lee told the County Commission what his department was doing in December.
Lee says a new software program is really proving to be helpful in accessing all the information needed to do a better job of maintaining roads and other structures in the county.
