Ottawa and Franklin County are experiencing a crisis…..a drug crisis. Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards says there has been a sudden increase in fentanyl overdoses in the last few weeks:
Richards says if an officer touches fentanyl, he or she can get poisoned and start experiencing a severe reaction. In the last few weeks, reports indicate at least two of the overdose cases were fatal.
