Ottawa and Franklin County are apparently in the midst of a fentanyl epidemic……in the last few weeks, there have been a number of fentanyl overdoses, with at least two cases reported to be fatal. Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards says a tiny amount of fentanyl can kill:
Richards says most of the fentanyl comes from China and then Mexican drug cartels traffic the substance into the United States.
