The drug crisis is causing Ottawa School officials to take precautions in case a student has a drug overdose. School Superintendent Dr. Ryan Cobbs says keeping narcan on hand is a good idea in view of recent events:
The School Board approved a policy of having narcan on hand as a precaution.
