A proposed housing project generally located at 1731 south South Princeton drew a number of complaints from affected neighbors during the regular meeting of the Ottawa Planning Commission last night,Wednesday, January 11. The project would involve 24 residential lots for 3 bedroom single family houses. Gary Harris of 1801 South Princeton had several problems with the project design, including stormwater runoff.
Other complaints included increased traffic and noise……..after about two hours of consideration, the Planning Commission decided to recommend approval of the preliminary plat with the understanding that the developer will hold another community meeting with neighbors to try and resolve their specific complaints.
