A variety of complaints were aired by neighbors concerning a proposed housing project, generally located at 1731 South Princeton in Ottawa. The Ottawa Planning Commission held a public hearing during their regular meeting last night, Wednesday, January 11. Cathy Martin of 1905 South Princeton had a concern about privacy during the upcoming construction.
At the end of about a two hour meeting, the Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the preliminary plat…….but with the understanding that the developer would hold another community meeting to try and resolve the various concerns aired by neighbors. The project calls for 24 residential lots with 3 bedroom single family homes.
