The Franklin County Commission has approved an agreement with Osage County for use of towers owned by Franklin County. Emergency Management Director, Thomas Winter says the agreement has been in the works for some time.
Winter says the only cost increase for Franklin County is about a $30.00 a month increase in utility costs per site.
