Whether to put traffic signals at 19th and Princeton as part of a housing project has stirred up some controversy……….the project calls for 24 residential lots for 3 bedroom single family homes, generally located at 1731 South Princeton. During the Ottawa Planning Commission, Planning Regular Meeting, Community Development Director, Michael Hall talked about the 19th and Princeton issue.
However, Hall says discussions resulted in plans for a pedestrian signal on the south side of the intersection.
