A big award for Anderson Hospital Family Health Care. They have been named a 2022 Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award Winner by Press Ganey, a leading company in the patient satisfaction survey industry. This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to the results of its patient satisfaction surveys. As a winner of the award, FCC ranks in the top 5% of healthcare providers in patient satisfaction in the last year.
The Family Care Center is a physicians practice run by Anderson County Hospital, which is owned by Anderson County and operated under an agreement with Saint Luke’s Health System. Medical Director Wendy Belcher says the award validates the hard work and heart that their team of providers and the entire clinic staff dedicates to patients each day.
