The installation of broadband lines will soon get underway in franklin Franklin County. Public Works Director, David Lee told County Commissioners about some specifics of the project.
Lee says one problem with the project may be that other utility lines are buried too shallow, possibly causing conflicts with broadband lines. Lee says construction should start sometime in spring or early summer and will take around 18 months to complete.
