The man involved in a burglary and subsequent police pursuit in June of 2022, has been sentenced to prison. Thirty six year-old Joseph Herrick, of Burlingame, was sentenced to serve 12 months for felony fleeing and eluding and attempting to elude a pursuing police office, as well as vehicular burglary, all occurring in rural Franklin County. County Attorney, Brandon Jones prosecuted the case after an investigation by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
Also, 24-year-old Joseph Snyder, of Ottawa, was sentenced to serve 13 months in prison after his probations was revoked for convictions for residential burglary, non residential burglary, and vehicular burglary.
