The technology upgrade within all departments of the Franklin County Government is still underway and it looks like the County will be coming out of the “dark ages” when it comes to software. County Administrator, Derek Brown, talks about the upgrades:
He expects the upgrade to continue for a few more months and cited the Public Works Department as one of the areas that is getting a tremendous boost from the upgrade.
