A proposed housing complex to be located east of the South Princeton and East 19th Street intersection, continues to draw some concern. The project call for 24 single family residential lots and the Preliminary Plat was recently reviewed and approved with certain conditions by the Ottawa Planning Commission. At the City Commission Study Session, Gary Harris of 1801 South Princeton, told Commissioners that too much is being taken for granted:
City officials are reviewing several different ideas for trying to handle traffic in the area caused by the project. More discussion is ahead at both the Planning Commission and City Commission, which has the final say on the project.
