If you have ever been to Downtown Garnett when they fly their Garnett Remembers Banners, honoring the service of vets in Anderson County, you know how incredible it is. The City of Ottawa and the Ottawa Veterans Day Parade Committee want to do a similar project in Ottawa. Project Coordinator, Liz Louderman:
