A proposed housing project east of South Princeton and East 19th Street intersection has taken one step closer to eventually becoming reality. The project, known as Hidden Lake Subdivision, would build up to 24 single-family residential lots. During the regular Ottawa City Commission Meeting, Finance Director Melanie Landis asked Commissioners to approve the Preliminary Plat with a variance:
