Evidently one of the things the Federal Government doesn’t do so well is supervise the training of commercial driver’s license programs, commonly referred to as CDL drivers. Kansas Congresswoman Sharice Davids was in Ottawa recently, and during a stop at the local Coop, Coop Agronomist, Mike Beying said Federal Regulations are a big burden:

Coop officials say it used to be that CDL drivers could successfully be trained on the job, but Federal Regulations have made it much more costly and difficult to get drivers trained.
