Kansas Congresswoman Sharice Davids makes no bones about it….she’s getting a crash course in agriculture. During a stop last week at the Ottawa Coop, Davids says her first experience as a member of the Agriculture Committee was a bit stressful:
Ag leaders in the Community say they appreciate her willingness to get out with the public to listen and learn about the needs of the AG community. Among the issues Davids heard about last week was a plea that no more additional Federal regulations be put upon the already burdensome restrictions. The Farm Bill is up for renewal, so there will be much discussions about what should or should not be in the bill.
