The Franklin County Commission had a glimpse of how successful those on probation are in Franklin County and other area counties. Fourth Judicial District Community Corrections Director, Dustin Browning gave some statistics to commissioners.
Browning says the juvenile success rate is not quite as good, with about 60% successfully completing probation.
