Franklin County Agriculture leaders are trying to narrow down what farming industries would best suit the County. During an Agriculture Seminar last week at the Franklin County Annex, Kansas Department of Agriculture Marketing Director Russell Plashchka, who also is a native of Franklin County, talked about the purpose of the program:
