A requested re-zone of some land at 1803 Vermont Road from an agriculture district to a residential estate district has won narrow approval from the Franklin County Commission. Planning Director Pat Toth gave some details.
The commission voted three to two to approve the re-zone….Commissioners Stottlemire and Dunn voted no. The re-zone was done with the requirements that a traffic study and drainage study be completed
