Ottawa City Manager, Richard Nienstedt had a large turnout of friends, family and employees during a reception at City Hall Thursday, March 16th, to mark his retirement. KOFO’s Milton Ammel talked with Nienstedt about some of his favorite achievements in his 16 years as Chief Administrator:
