Ottawa City Manager, Richard Nienstedt only has about two weeks left until retirement, and a reception was held at City Hall to honor his service………Nienstedt has worked in several different Kansas towns……..but he has two favorites:
Nienstedt was Ottawa City Manager for 16 years……..his last day is March 31st.
