If you haven’t received your property tax statement, you soon will. Franklin County Appraiser, Jamie Wilson, says there’s some confusion over what determines your property tax.
Wilson says property values rose around 13%, which is arrived at by evaluating comparable sales of property to determine the value of a particular property.
