The ottawa city Ottawa City Commission is considering forming an Advisory Board for the soon-to-be city owned golf course. Outgoing City Manager, Richard Nienstedt says it’s a matter of communication.
The Advisory Board will advise the new City Manager and City Commission on possible policies for the city golf course.
