Ottawa’s City Manager for the last 16 years will be on the job just one more day. Richard Nienstedt is retiring, effective today, March 31. He was asked about the legacy he hopes to leave in Ottawa as a result of his career here. He says it’s all about the people:
Brian Silcott, former City Manager of Goddard, Kansas will take over the position as City Manager starting Monday, April 3rd.
