The Ottawa City Commission is expected to make it easier for interested groups to help restore old Veterans headstones that have seen better days. Public Works Director, Michael Haeffele, says the process needs to be sped up:
The City Commission is expected to approve the change in Ordinance at its April 5th meeting.
