The International Academies of Emergency Dispatch has awarded Franklin County with an Accredited Center of Excellence status. This honor places Franklin County’s Emergency Communications Center among the very highest-performing emergency dispatch agencies in the world and becomes only the second agency in the state of Kansas to attain the Medical Excellence Distinction. Only 279 others in the entire world are accredited!
