Franklin County put out bid requests for pipe in early March. With inflation rising and prices shooting up on everything, you would expect a sharp increase in the cost of the pipe also. Guess again says Franklin County Public Works Director, David Lee:
Conmat was selected to supply the plastic pipe the county uses and Lee says they were also down in price about 14%, which he says bodes well for the county.
