the new sign at Ottawa Memorial Auditorium appears to have cleared its last hurdle. An objection from the State Historic Preservation Office that the sign did not meet certain Historical District Guidelines, had caused a brief snag in the project; but, the City Commission voted to override the objection. Auditorium Director, Tiffany Evans, described the sign to commissioners:
The new sign is part of a multi-year modernization project of the auditorium.
