The Franklin County Planning Commission has voted to recommend a Moratorium on wind farms….but it came after some misgivings from one member of the commission who also happens to be an attorney. Kenzie Singleton said that what the commission is doing isn’t legal:
Singleton was the only Planning Commissioner to vote against the moratorium, which would run through the end of 2026. The County Commission has the final say in the Moratorium.
