The Fourth Judicial District is gearing up to launch a new program of incentives to encourage clients on probation to successfully complete their probation. During a Franklin County Commission Study Session, Fourth Judicial district Director, Dustin Browning, noted the need for incentives:
Browning says the goal is to get at least 75% of probationers to successfully complete their service, although sometimes they fall short of that goal.
