One man who spoke to the Franklin County Planning Commission last week about wind farms told Commissioners to come see and listen to the wind turbines up close. Tim Johnson lives near Waverly….he had a challenge:
The Planning Commission voted to impose a moratorium on wind farms through the end of 2026. The matter now goes to the County Commission for final action.
