This is Library Week in Kansas and today, May 26th, is Outreach Day. A day where you talk about favorite events or activities from last year or even further back. This week, the Ottawa Library is looking forward and it looks like the drive for a new Ottawa Library building is about to kick into high gear. Library Director, Terry Chartier, told the Library Board of Trustees it’s time to get official:
