The Ottawa City Commission will hold its weekly Study Session this afternoon, May 1st. One item on the agenda is a Proclamation recognizing May 11th through the 16th as Police Week. City Manager, Brian Silcott, with more:
Cowdin died responding to a call for officers needed to control riots taking place in Garnett. Another item on the agenda includes continued discussion of rezoning property at 9th and Cherry for two apartment buildings. The study will take place at City Hall starting at 4:00 this afternoon. The public is invited and it will be live streamed on the City of Ottawa’s facebook page.
