One woman has come forth to oppose a proposed Ottawa University student housing project at 901 South Cherry. During the regular Ottawa City Commission Study Session, Dedra Altec, says the issue is getting confused;
The City Commission is expected to take up the issue at their regular meeting tomorrow night.
