The Franklin County Commission has adopted a policy update regarding policies and procedures on installing and maintaining entrance culverts. Public Works Director, David Lee, explained the substance of the updated policy:
Lee also says the update will require 350 feet of sight distance. He says the changes will bring it more into line with current zoning regulations and generally what people are asking for on the culverts.
