However, a study from the Mayo Clinic indicates that water needs vary from person to person, so the 8 cups of water rule may not apply to everyone. It also says to remember, you don’t have to necessarily drink water to get what you need. It can be absorbed through the food you eat…and…milk is actually more hydrating than water.
