The Ottawa City Commission will hold its weekly Study Session this afternoon. They will be discussing the 2024 Budget, specifically, utilities. In the overall budget process, City Manager, Brian Silcott says they want to hold the mill levy down:
Todays discussion with Utilities Director, Dennis Tharp will focus on water, wastewater, electric and stormwater. The study starts at 4:00 and will be live streamed on the City of Ottawa’s Facebook page.
