Franklin County still has a lot of work to do cleaning up from some flooding that took place last week. Public Works Director, David Lee gave an update to County Commissioners.
In other news, Lee announced that, thanks to a grant from the state, reconstruction of old 50 Highway can begin. Total project cost for phase one is about $3 million.
