The Franklin County Democratic Party will hold its monthly meeting tonight, June 21st. It will be held at the Roasted Cafe in downtown Ottawa. The business meeting will begin at 6:00 with the program following at 6:45. The guest speaker this month is current House Minority Leader, Vic Miller. He will provide those in attendance with some insights about the working of the Kansas Legislature.
The meeting is free and open to the public and organizers encourage people to attend to learn more about the efforts the Democratic Party is pursuing in the upcoming Legislative session and to learn more about the how the Kansas Government runs.
