A group boarding home near Pomona has won preliminary approval of the Franklin County Planning Commission, which approved a special use permit for the home. Co-owner Kerry Jossie says she and her husband have a lot of experience in offering social services for adoptive families:
The matter now goes to the Franklin County Commission, which has final say in the matter……but quick approval by the commission is expected.
