The Miami County Sheriff’s Office has released more information regarding the fatal shooting and stabbing last week at Hillsdale Lake. Yesterday, Brian Meysenburg was charged in Miami County District Court with one count of second-degree murder. His bond was set at one million dollars.
Shortly after midnight on June 20th, deputies responded to Pintail Point Campground at Hillsdale Lake for a report of a shooting and a stabbing. On scene, they found 43-year-old Bryan Hendrickson dead from a gunshot wound and another adult male with a non-life-threatening stab wound. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment and later released.
The investigation is ongoing and the Miami County Sheriff’s Office is asking that anyone with any information about the shooting and stabbing to please contact them s soon as possible.
