With the Kansas Department of Health and Environment issuing a report on abortion this week that indicated Kansas saw a 57% rise in abortions this past year with over 12,000 being performed, Kansas House Minority Leader, Vic Miller, fueled the flames between Republicans and Democrats regarding abortion on a recent trip to Ottawa. Miller says Kansas Republicans miss the boat on issues that really count, saying that abortion is one example:
