The Ottawa School District next year will launch a Family Studies Curriculum to address some social problems some students face. School Superintendent, Dr. Ryan Cobbs, says the program will in part, be aimed at teen pregnancy:
There has been increased concern over the rise in human and sex trafficking, which most often victimizes young girls and women.
