The matter of building extra housing for relatives is going to get closer scrutiny. Right now Franklin County regulations prohibit building a house next to an existing house, but apparently some families are adding some living space for relatives onto their home. Planning and Zoning Director, Pat Toth explained the situation to the Franklin County Planning Commission:
