A proposed housing project in the vicinity of 19th and South Princeton continues to draw some controversy. The project, .known as Hidden Lakes development…..has been plagued by complaints about potential stormwater runoff. One resident affected is Gary Harris of 1801 South Princeton. Harris says he may have arrived at an understanding with the developer.
The arrangement would be a private agreement between Harris and the developer and not part of any official document approved by the Ottawa City Commission.
The Final Plat for the project was approved at this morning’s City Commission meeting.
