Incoming 6th graders in Franklin County have the opportunity for a real treat and a chance to get away from their parents for a few days, in a safe and well chaperoned environment. They get to do all kinds of fun things at the 37th Annual Dare Camp. Ottawa Master Patrol Officer and Community Service Officer Larabe Alexander:
