When you need a part for a broken-down piece of equipment, who are you gonna call? Well, if it’s an electrical system part you need, just call Ottawa. During the regular Ottawa City Commission study session, Utilities Director Dennis Tharp says Ottawa is well equiped to fix things.
Tharp says if you have to order a part that’s not on hand, it may take months or even years to receive it.
